The outer rim spins with the spinner; you can slightly tap it to stop it, and release it to let it spin again. It can easily turn any ordinary spinner into something special.
There are two options for the thickness:
Thin: 24.5*18mm works for spinners whose bodies are under 15mm(such as Vader).
Thick:24.5*21.5mm works for spinners whose bodies are under 18mm(such as Nebu 2.0).
